Love My Netball ("we", "us") runs grassroots netball sessions for children in South Manchester. This notice explains what personal information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it simple because we only collect what we need to run our sessions.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we ask for:

• Your name, phone number and email address (the parent/guardian)
• Your child's name and their school year
• Whether your child has played netball before
• How you'd like us to contact you (WhatsApp and/or email)

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and your message.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your details only to contact you about Love My Netball sessions — for example, to let you know when sessions are running and how to book a place. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How we store it

Your details are stored securely in a database hosted in the UK/EU. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we don't use it for anything beyond contacting you about our sessions.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as you're interested in our sessions. If you ask us to remove them, or you let us know you're no longer interested, we'll delete them promptly.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

• See what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete your details

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. We don't track you around the web.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
